Is July here yet?

I long for the day I have nothing. Nothing, I tell you. Nothing to do but sit and relax and enjoy my children. Today was a nice day. I spent it shopping with a friend who would have otherwise been trapped at a car mechanics. So, I picked her and her daughter up and we went shopping. It was a nice day. We bought stuff for the Girl Scout event we are running together. It was nice. It didn't consume my life and I spent it with my son. Another blessing. It's making me long for the day I will not be committed to anything but spending time with my children. Oh, yeah, I bought new chicks. The girls were thrilled.
